BuildBidz currently supports a manual-payment soft-launch. Your team reviews invoices and records payments made outside the platform. BuildBidz does not hold your deposits, transfer money or provide escrow protection.
A supplier profile or catalogue listing is not a guarantee of identity, stock, workmanship or delivery. Review the specific documents and status available for each counterparty before deciding.
Keep the purchase order, delivery record and supplier invoice together so your team can investigate differences before approving a bill.
When a delivery or invoice is disputed, retain the original files, record the issue and keep the team’s decisions with the transaction.
Use workspace roles to limit access to purchasing and financial records. Keep account credentials private and review access when team members change.

BuildBidz helps you organize quotes, delivery evidence and invoice reviews. It cannot eliminate fraud, overruns or advance-payment risk. Review the evidence and payment terms before committing money.
Payments and deposits are arranged outside BuildBidz during this launch. The platform records approvals and payments; it does not hold funds or guarantee recovery. SafeBuild escrow and automated payouts are not active.
Do not assume that an account or listing is verified. Check the specific evidence for each material supplier or service contractor, including identity, tax details, references and any applicable certificates. Public sample profiles are not verification evidence.
Record photos and quantity differences against the delivery, then review the invoice and raise the issue with the supplier. BuildBidz helps keep those records together; it cannot stop or reverse a payment made outside the platform.
BuildBidz does not hold project funds in this launch. Money remains in your account until you pay the recipient through your chosen external payment method.
