Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity, developer, general contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or property owner) and BuildBidz (“BuildBidz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Nooran Corporation company recognized under the DPIIT Startup India initiative with primary operations in Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Patna (Bihar).

By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the BuildBidz platform, mobile applications, web surfaces, or related APIs (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BuildBidz provides a multi-tenant construction procurement, field delivery verification, and trust operating system. The Platform functions as a digital verification ledger and workflow coordination system connecting project owners, buyers (builders and contractors), counterparties (material suppliers and service contractors), and financing partners.

BuildBidz is not a general contractor, material broker, architectural firm, financial institution, or escrow trustee unless explicitly contracted under a separate written instrument. All construction contracts, delivery purchase orders, pricing agreements, and dispute settlements are directly executed between participating counterparties.

The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning models for document OCR, voice note transcription, RFQ structuring, invoice line-item extraction, and supplier bid scoring.

Mandatory Human Approval: All AI outputs, score breakdowns, and variance alerts represent assistive recommendations only. No contractual award, purchase order execution, goods receipt acceptance, or financial disbursement is performed autonomously. A named, authorized human representative of your organization must review and approve every money-sensitive or binding transaction.

Access to the Platform is provisioned per workspace tenant. Organizations must designate authorized administrators who maintain sole responsibility for managing user roles, approval thresholds, Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement across their teams.

Tenant data is logically isolated. You are responsible for preserving credential confidentiality and immediately notifying BuildBidz of any unauthorized account access or security anomalies.

When raising Requests for Quotes (RFQs), issuing Purchase Orders (POs), recording Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) at the site gate, or logging digital weighment and photo evidence:

• Users warrant that all uploaded invoices, gate photos, delivery slips, and quantities reflect authentic, unaltered site transactions.
• Tamper-evident logs recorded on BuildBidz may be exported as audit packs for lenders, tax authorities (GST), or judicial dispute resolution.
• Counterparties agree that 3-way reconciliation (PO, GRN, Tax Invoice) forms the evidentiary baseline for payment authorizations.

In accordance with BuildBidz platform governance:

• Phase 1 (Active Soft-Launch): Payments are tracked, matched, and authorized via the Platform, with monetary settlement executed via direct banking channels (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) by the buyer organization.
• Phases 2 & 3 (Regulated Banking Rails & SafeBuild Escrow): Integrated escrow accounts, nodal payout rails, and automated release webhooks remain subject to phased regulatory rollout, partner bank verification, and explicit platform owner enablement.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all proprietary project drawings, rate contracts, commercial bills, site photography, and organizational data uploaded to your workspace.

BuildBidz retains all title, copyright, patent, trademark, and intellectual property rights in the Platform software, user interfaces, scoring algorithms, and aggregated anonymized industry benchmarks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable commercial tax statutes.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
