BuildBidz does not sell you leads. Buyers invite the suppliers and trades they already work with, and every order you deliver on time is recorded against your name where the next buyer can see it.
Material suppliers can create their own account. A buyer invitation is separate from signup. Service-contractor access remains subject to an approved rollout.

Price, lead time, and terms. Voice or text, in a minute, without opening a laptop or writing an email.

If you win, you get the order. If you do not, you can see the ranking that decided it instead of hearing nothing.
Step 4
What left, when, and what was received at the gate — attached to the order, so a short delivery is settled with a record rather than an argument.
Step 5
Where your invoice sits, what it was matched against, and what is holding it up. Chasing becomes checking.
Your record
On-time deliveries, quote response times, and resolved disputes build a trust score from real orders. It is visible to you, and it is why a buyer picks you when you are not the cheapest.
Not on reviews, not on how much you spend with us. If a score costs you an order, you can see which inputs drove it and what would change it.
